Memorandums of Understanding
The Regulator of Community Interest Companies, has liased closely with other regulatory bodies to secure joint working arrangements to reduce the regulatory burden on community interest companies.
The memorandum of understanding sets out how the Office of the Regulator of Community Interest Companies and the other bodies will work together to avoid duplication of effort and share best practice to ensure that the interests of community interest companies are best protected.
