Community Interest Company's applying for funding from the Big Lottery Fund
The Big Lottery Fund under their terms and conditions of grant requires three unrelated signatories.
Unrelated signatories means:
- The signatories cannot be blood relatives i.e. father and son or mother and daughter
- They cannot be husband and wife
- They cannot be partners sharing the same residence as defined by Civil Partnership legislation
Three signatories means:
- Three unrelated directors (see meaning as above)
- Two unrelated directors and an unrelated person who is part of the management committee
- One director and two unrelated persons who are part of the management committee
