Community Interest Companies Appeal Officer
The Appeal Officer for community interest companies Tessa Dunstan, appointed on 7 July 2006, will determine appeals on questions of law, or fact, against decisions of the Regulator of Community Interest Companies.
The Appeal Officer is a single person tribunal and will have considerable freedom to set her own procedures.
