DOCUMENTS AND FEE REQUIRED WHEN FORMING A COMMUNITY INTEREST COMPANY IN NORTHERN IRELAND
To form a new community interest company you are required to deliver to Registrar of Companies for Northern Ireland the following completed documents, with a fee:

- Form 21, which gives details of the first directors, company secretary and the intended address of the first registered office.
- Form 23, which is a statutory declaration of compliance with legal requirements for formation of a company.
- Form CIC36, application to form a community interest company, inclusive of declarations.

- Cheque for £50 payable to the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment
