FORMS TO BE DELIVERED TO THE REGISTRAR OF COMPANIES - when forming a community interest company
To form a new Community Interest Company you are required to deliver to Companies House the following completed documents, with a fee:

- Form 12
- Form CIC 36 (Application to form a Community Interest Company, inclusive of declarations)
