We are committed to making sure that equality of opportunity is an integral part of all that we do and will use the BIS Schemes for Equality, Race, Disability and Gender equality duties as a framework to ensure we achieve this aim.

Memorandums of understanding

We have liaised closely with other regulatory bodies to secure joint working arrangements to reduce the regulatory burden on community interest companies.

The memoranda of understanding sets out how we work together to avoid duplication of effort and share best practice to ensure that the interests of community interest companies are best served.
