Please note that this relates to the standard of service you receive from the Community Interest Company Office not to appeals against orders and decisions made by the Regulator of Community Interest Companies. For example, a decision that an enterprise is not eligible to form as a community interest company. Appeals against such decisions are covered in Chapter 11.6 of the Guidance Notes on this web site.

If you are not satisfied with the response from the Office Manager you may refer your complaint in writing to the Regulator and either he or his Deputy Regulator will respond personally. Complaints of this nature must be lodged within 15 working days of the date of the Office Manager’s letter and addressed to:
